# OHBM Brainhack 2020 - Project Review Workflow
Below list simply defines the stepst to go through during reviewing the projects.
1. pick a project in the [project revision kanban](https://github.com/ohbm/hackathon2020/projects/4) in the `Needs revision` column and move into the revision in progress
2. Go through the checklist below to make sure that each project has all the relevant items.
3. Find the project you are reviewing in this [HackMD doc](https://hackmd.io/_hyraV9lQfiS3cA-X6EIjw?both) (their are listed by hub) and update the mattermost and video channels names and URLs.
4. Once you are done with a project, change it is status from "Needs Revision" board to the "Done" in the kanban board.
Thank you for your contributions!
## To do:
- Read the project submission template throughly in order to:
- make sure the description of the project is clear to the reader,
- assign the labels which are relevant to the project.
#### Required
- Assign the labels to the project and ask the project owner whether they are happy with the labels or would like some more to be added that would define the project better.
Check whether below information was provided. If you see any of the required details are missing, kindly reply to the issue to indicate the missing information.
- [ ] Project Title
- [ ] Name/handle of the project leads
- [ ] Time-zone of the project
- [ ] Hub of the project
- The hub of choice might be different from the time zone of the project due to the personal preferences. Make sure this was brought to the attention of the related hub leaders via tagging the hub label from the label list of the issue template. Some projects might also have several leaders and can thus be in several hubs.
- [ ] Clear Description
- [ ] Good two issues:
- If the project owns a repository, check whether they submitted the first 2 issues to the repository. If they did not, ask the project owner to provide that. If the project does not have a repository, then ask them to write their first issue into the submission template.
- [ ] Required skills
- [ ] An image to advertise at the OHBM website
- If it is not provided ask kindly.
- [ ] Mattermost channel
- We are trying to have consistent names for the project channels for the duration of the hackaton so check that the channels are named `hbmhack-{project_name}` or `hbm-{project_name}`
- [ ] Video channel (or equivalent)
- Make sure that such channel is set up but that the link **is not publically visible in the Github issue** (to make zoom bombing more difficult) but that it is either in the header and / or in a pinned message in the mattermost channel.
#### Optional
- [ ] Required participant Number
- [ ] Twitter-size summary (to make the life our social media team easier )
- [ ] Repository related kanban board
- [ ] Links to the related sources/documents
Note: You should find a very similar checklist in the issue for each project so you can tick items in the issue directly
