# GENERAL INFORMATION ## #guild ### Manifesto Casual No Meta Fun Club is a World of Warcraft Classic Era guild focused on maintaining a strong, respectful community that values the journey over the destination. The guild is built on long-lasting friendships, mutual respect, and a commitment to enjoying the game in an old-school, no-rush manner. Members prioritize the group’s needs, engage with maturity, and respect each other's different perspectives. While the guild maintains a casual atmosphere, it also embraces raiding challenges with patience and determination, ensuring a balance between fun and progression. No strict meta-driven requirements, no rush to complete content at breakneck speed. Instead, we take our time to explore, experience, and enjoy the game in its purest form. #### Taking Our Time Our guild is built on passion, not pressure. Whether it’s clearing content, leveling alts, or just hanging out, we believe in enjoying the journey. We’re not here to burn out, we’re here for the long run. #### Balancing Casual Nature with Raiding Success While we are a casual guild at heart, we take on challenging content like Naxxramas with skill and determination. Our approach allows us to enjoy the progression without sacrificing the laid-back, enjoyable atmosphere that defines us. We believe in progress with patience, determination with fun. ## #organization Please see below for an outline of the guild ranking structure as well as guild bank names. ### Ranks - **Initiate**: New member, duration of approximately 1 month. - **Member**: After being an initiate for ~1 month. - **Raider**: Raiding regularly for ~1 month as Member. - **Core Raider**: Attending most main raids, active & involved in guild activities. - **Officer**: Support to Guild Council. - **Guild Council**: Joint leadership team. - **AFK**: Any rank can be marked as AFK if last connected > 2 months or by explicit request. Promotions or demotions are at the discretion of the Guild Council ### Guild Economy #### Banks - **Casualbank-Mograine**: Gear, books, and other items. - **Casualmats-Mograine**: Materials from raids, enchanting materials. - **Casualcoins-Mograine**: Bijous, coins, scarabs, dolls, and scraps. - **Casualbooks-Mograine**: Books, librams. - **Casualseller-Firemaw**: Items that can be sold or disenchanted. - **Casualpotion-Firemaw**: All kinds of potions and herbs. ##### Contributions Donations to the guild bank of consumables or raw materials are always welcome. Items most needed currently: - Major mana potions - Greater frost protection potions - Greater shadow protection potions - Flask of the Titans - Greater Stoneshield potions - Limited Invulnerability Potion ##### Requests Managed through the #mats-requests channel. Feel free to submit a request there for coins, tokens or materials ### Addons - **ThreatClassic2**: Threat meter. - **Deadly Boss Mods (DBM)**: Boss mechanics and alerts. - **Core Loot Manager (CLM)**: Administering DKP. - **Gargul**: For SR+ rank-based boosted rolls. - **LibHealComm-4.0** (or similar): For showing incoming heals. ## #raid rules and systems ### Loot Systems We utilize a mixture of SR, SR+ and DKP for our raids. #### SR (Soft Reserve) - SR > MS > OS. MS is the spec used in the raid signup. - Soft reserving is done on softres.it. The link is posted on the event and you are required to place your SR on sign-up. - Try to be fair and respectful to your fellow guildmates when placing SR's so that everyone can have a fun experience gearing up. Strategic SRs are not fun for anyone, and does not foster our value of gearing together as a community. #### SR+ (Soft Reserve Plus) SR+ > MS > OS with boosted rolls and some items being exclusive to main characters. MS is the spec used in the raid signup. ##### Boosted Rolls - Rolling is done using Gargul. Pressing MS will roll 1-100, OS will roll 1-99. - For MC, BWL and AQ40 a BR (Boosted Roll) button is used for rolling with boost according to rank on **SR'd items only.** Boosted rolls are as follows, these values will apply automatically if using the 'BR' button within Gargul based on your current guild rank: **Initiates +0** (1-100 roll) **Members +5** (6-105 roll) **Raiders +15** (16-115 roll) **Core Raiders +25** (26-125 roll) **Core Raider Alts +5** (6-105 roll) ##### Main reserved items (HR) Specific items are reserved for main characters. To be able to SR it, they need to be among the last two items you need in that raid: - Drake Fang Talisman - Rejuvenating Gem - Neltharion's Tear - Pure Elementium Band - Onslaught Girdle - Ashjre'thul, Crossbow of Smiting - Choker of the Fire Lord - Band of Accuria - Death's Sting - Gauntlets of Annihilation - Scepter of the False Prophet #### DKP (Dragon Kill Points) Dragon kill points or DKP are a semi-formal score-keeping system (loot system) and are our preferred method of tracking loot eligibility in Naxxramas. ##### Bidding - Items are awarded based on highest DKP in order of MS>OS. - Fixed prices for most gear, higher for weapons and few select items. ##### Bench To qualify for bench DKP, you must: 1. Sign up as attending before the roster is posted. 2. Be online at least 15 minutes before raid start and stay online until the raid is full. 3. Have gear that qualifies you for the particular raid. 4. Be a regular attendee in guild raids. ##### Decay Every week everyone's DKP is reduced by 40%. This is done to avoid DKP-inflation as well as help people catch up on DKP. ### Consumes Consumables are not mandatory however there is an exception in Naxxramas where certain boss fights require these. We encourage all of our members to review [this documentation](https://bittsguides.com/consumables-for-naxxramas). ### World buffs World buffs are also not mandatory however they do help out alot, especially in Naxx. We encourage you to find a balance that works for you and helps support the raid where possible. ### Schedule & Raid times - AQ40: Sunday, alternating every second week with BWL/MC (first pull 20:15, invites start 19:45) - Naxx: Thursday/Tuesday (first pull 20:15, invites start 19:45) - BWL/MC: Sunday, alternating every second week with AQ40 (first pull 20:15, invites start 19:45) - 20-mans and Onyxia: No fixed day, signups posted for every Friday. ### Signups - Sign-up for 40-man raids posted two resets in advance. - Progress raids have stricter gear requirements. - Roster is posted before raid start in case of oversign. # RAIDS INFORMATION ## #ZG/AQ20/Onyxia - Loot system: **SR** - Schedule: No fixed day, working around the core raid schedule based on interest & availability. We aim to do at least one ZG/AQ20 per week, and Onyxia dependent on interest. ## #Molten Core - Loot system: **SR+** - Schedule: Every second Sunday after BWL ## Main reserved items - Onslaught Girdle - Choker of the Fire Lord - Band of Accuria ## Legendary Legendary items prio are decided ahead of time by the Guild Council members. ## #Blackwing Lair - Loot system: **SR+** - Schedule: Every second Sunday (first pull 20:15 Server Time, invites start 19:45 Server Time) ## Main reserved items - Drake Fang Talisman - Rejuvenating Gem - Neltharion's Tear - Pure Elementium Band - Ashjre'thul, Crossbow of Smiting ## #Ahn'Qiraj - Loot system: **SR+** - Schedule: Every second Sunday (first pull 20:15 Server Time, invites start 19:45 Server Time) ## Main reserved items - Gauntlets of Annihilation - Death's Sting - Scepter of the False Prophet ## #Naxxramas - Loot system: **DKP** - Schedule: Thursday and Tuesday (first pull 20:15 Server Time, invites start 19:45 Server Time) ## Legendary Legendary items prio are decided ahead of time by the Guild Council members.
