- Thanks to the devs for stepping up.
- **The big RedM servers got together in a Discord to group up and bitched in CFX's discord for a while.**
- This has lead to changes being pushed to Canary and these changes promised to go to production when changed.
- It's looking very good for having less Native Execution Failures and some of the other Canary issues around steam game versions not working.
- **During the next whitelisting shift (03/06/2020), CAs please fill in when you are available to as the Administration Team will be busy with them.**
- 3 Mods + 1 admin confirmed they should be there and 3 more are maybe or will help later in the day.
- Apps open 9am ET and close at 11am ET.
- **Technical issues during the next whitelisting run should be much less.**

- There is a discord channel for what content should be available and feedback.
- #website-building on the Discord.

- Sarah Connor has stepped up and started handling a lot of them since being appointed and trained.
- Emmett has been doing a good job of seconding on reports to keep them flowing and helping handle them.
- **Thank you to Frank for running the Roleplay Workshops!**
- We prefer to have fewer servers with quality roleplay over many servers with crappy roleplay.
- **All Four Trail Staff have been doing a great job off the bat, so they are being promoted.**

- Just communicate with your Management and let them know!
- **The staff has been doing an amazing job.**
- Everyone is showing a great standard of roleplay and holding others to it as well.
- People are stepping up to handle everything as much as possible.

## Round-Table and Q/A
- **Bocephus Dredge:** Keep an eye on toxic players when new players are coming in and how existing players handle it.
- William Hayes: We offer mediation and player reports for these reasons. If you can't handle it as the victim over a PM with the others involved, feel free to refer them to the options available.
- **James Tully:** Welcome to the new mods and thanks to the Management Team for letting us help out and creating the community.
- **Jaena Shaw:** This staff team is awesome and I like the way it is handled in terms of Morals and community. I'm happy to be part of the team and you are all lovely to talk to.
- **Jack Burton:** It's my first time being a part of a community like this. Thank you for everyone having patience with me as I do fuck up from time to time. I appreciate the patience and I'm learning every day. Thank you!
- **Gracie Medlin:** I wanted to bring something up that I'm a little concerned about with one of the staff messages. The one about staying in one place and not moving around. In a previous community a rift was created between admins and players, as staff got toxic around hanging around RP. We should be as polite as possible and not shame people for it. We should find ways to disrupt these groups and bring them into different roleplays. Find someway as players to give people quests.
- **William Hayes:** We aren't trying to shame anyone, but an observation was made based on what was seen. It's not an amazing thing to have people standing around outside for hours. But it has slowed down.
- **Ty Byrne:** That staff message had a focus on noting that characters have other RP. We don't want to agressively stop players from metting up and have saloons as meeting up places that actually involve RP.
- **Jaena Shaw:** Some people may misconstrue the messages sent, but in General Chat CAs can give conmstructive avenues when people start getting heated in chat. There are other communities that are more harsh on things and we don't want them enforcing outside rules here.
- **Joline Moondance:** It's good to see there has been a change, it's always good to keep things friendly.
- **Frank Devine:** We like to show Civillian roleplay and the message could have been worded better, but it came from multiple reports and showed the roleplay isn't where was it previously. It was also a plug for the roleplay workshop. Giving people things to do and ideas when you are online to try and spark more RP.
- **Joline Moondance:** I'm glad you are doing another one of those workshops as the last one was good.
- **Hudson Chesterfield:** I appreciate everyone who comes in to test the stuff. It's hard to get a grasp on what is failing and what syncs over MP, so we really appreciate it.
- **Jaena Shaw:** Let me break your things.
- **William Hayes:** Thank you for making things. We appreciate that too!
