William Hayes Lead / Introduction
---

- We have a server. If you didn't know this, see William Hayes after the meeting.
- Thanks for everyone's efforts on getting us up and running.
- A special thanks to Billy McGee and the devs for quickly working out the bugs.
- Make sure you vote daily for the server on the Tracky Server list!: https://www.trackyserver.com/server/wild-west-rp-wildwestrp-com-whitelisted-server-429432
- We have hit averages of 7-11 people per day.
- We hit a high of around 19 people.
- People don't currently understand that Redm and development is far behind the RDO setup.
- A lot of people get frustrated that things like bounty board and Cripps don't exist in the server.
- We are currently a little ahead of the game and when streamers and other large servers open for RedM we will have adecent head start.
- Redm is still very early and was released to match their timeline.
- Things are still far off being fully discovered.

- Emmett Stone:
- Mods are doing a great job with keeping on top of whitelist applications.
- Make sure to be patient with people in public channels as a lot of people will be annoying and impatient.
- Frank Devine:
- In roleplay people don't seem to like the respawn as it is currently and need more.
- Billy McGee: We are prioritizing things to what people want first.
- Everyone in staff wants to increase the timer and have a button press to respawn.
- 5 minutes is the agreed upon time.
- Change respawn coords to doctor's offices.
- Later own, drag to the doctor's office and press a button to respawn someone.
- Emmett Stone:
- Is there a set amount of money that is reasonable for a hostage situation?
- No set limit as everyone starts just asking for that limit.
- Make sure the demands are reasonable and within the enconomy and handle it case by case.
- There's a `/givemoney amount firstname lastname` command that you can give money with.
- We will work on a new transferring system in the future.
- We will test the current `/givemoney` and put it in the #faq.
- People dragging people into the bank at gunpoint to empty their account is not allowed and failRP as every townsfolk would just immediately stop them.
- Until there's a bank robbery, there's not a way to rob it in.

Moderation/Administation Chat (William Hayes Lead)

- There is a warning point system on the forums.
- The points roll off after 6 months.
- 30 warning points in 3 months or 45 warning points in 6 months is a permanent ban.
- A stepped system for warning points where it gets higher for second offenses.
- Hayes suggestion: Have another Admin or Moderator second on the report to make better decisions in general.

Finances (William Hayes Lead)

- Finances are good.
- $435 USD in since new the New Year.
- We have just sub $100 USD a month costs.
- $735 USD is in the funds right now.

Random
---
- Devs are working on ways of owning multiple horses and vehicles.
- Right now you can only have one active at a time.
- Staff run events like selling unavailable guns and items for cheaper could be fun.
- Stress test down the line to fill up the server and test bugs while it happens.

Future dev ideas

- Separate banks so where money is physically stored actually matters.
- Ty Byrne:
- A discord bot command to add a ban to a player for a certain amount of time.
