--- tags: Admin/NDRP --- # MCs vs PD Mediation Notes | 04/06/2021 (9:10pm ET) __Attendants: (29 @ 9:35pm )__ ![Here](https://i.imgur.com/8GBZVwM.png) ![Here2](https://i.imgur.com/vYIqrUr.png) ## Discussion (Lead By Oliver McKenzie) - Dylan Strike (Death's Row) - Davis shut down which ruined it. - He gave up. - Was told Davis felt nothing he said mattered. - He was told Davis moved and said to let go or shoot to avoid Thad getting caught in the gunfire. - Didn't intent to down Thad, feels bad it happened. - Certain people there were talking over Davis and stopping them from speaking. - They shut down all the talking, and Furtaw really didn't get to say anything. - This wasn't Dylan's intent, too many people there or they didn't care what the cops said. - Ender DeFrank (Legion) - Legion didn't know, it was spur of the moment. - Legion thought it was a meeting. - **Oliver:** The talking over probably caused Davis to shut down. - Dylan Strike (Death's Row) - Was the first to fire on Davis and Thad. - **Oliver:** Gun play ends roleplay. - Dylan Strike (Death's Row) - Took them to Devil's Disciples Clubhouse. - Four took them to the location and there were others without guns out. - They were left and everyone scattered when they were downed. - **Nikaela:** Rule of 4 reminder for "hostile situations", not just for shooting. - **Oliver:** Davis and Furtaw weren't upset about the rule of 4 being broken, but were upset that there was gunfire. - Dylan Strike (Death's Row) - Asked about rule of 4 exemption for these kinds of things as it is more realistic. - Told to open a support ticket. - **Oliver:** Some other MCs/Groups involved were not aware of the hostage taking. - Ender DeFrank (Legion) - Legion wasn't aware and brought the full club and no gear for it. - Jason Jordan (GSF) - Also not informed, the cops were out of nowhere for thme. - Dylan Strike (Death's Row) - Everyone was warned twice that two hostages were coming to the meet, there are 2 vods says him. - Meeting was already planned, cops thing happened on top. - Maybe game voice so people didn't hear it. - Cops were brought to a large group of people though. - Execution wasn't something talked about. - **Oliver:** - Communication problems. - Gunshots cause others to join in and end the roleplay. - It would have been neat to see what could have happened if he walked out. - Davis said some reached out to him in DMs and talked it out a bit. - We just wish it had ended better (this opinion was shared by Davis and Furtaw). - Shedrick Nelson/Benjamin Clark (BCSO) - It felt and looked like the whole city was after the cops the entire night. - started with Davis and Furtaw but blew up afterwords. - Ender DeFrank (Legion) - That's correct, he also feels multiple parties were out looking for cops after. - Dylan Strike (Death's Row) - The plan was to go after the PD from the meetings. - Not intended to pocket-wipe, blanket kill, or just down cops. - They wanted more roleplay behind it. - Thinks communication may have been poor if people got that idea. - People were taking advantage to farm cops and kill them when they are spread thin. - Shedrick Nelson/Benjamin Clark (BCSO) - When this happens it puts every cop on edge. - Code Red, groups of 4 in two cars. - Officers react differently to all situations, causing poor experiences for the rest of the people in the server. - Ender DeFrank (Legion) got shot for just punching a cop because of this. - Ender DeFrank (Legion) - Brought to attention from the report. - 3 Different groups all working together not on the same situation. - Does this break rule of 4? - **Nikaela:** if information is shared and coordinated, it's a rule of 4 break. - Brian Archer (LSPD) - People on Hawick called for backup. - It seemed personable. - Tiago Gate (GSF?) - Wanted to go solo, cause of the 4 man rule in that Hawick situation. - So he ran off from their car.
