## Points covered

- **Welcome to the first Supervisor+ meeting!**
- **Re: Gang war, some staff actions being done to avoid people skirting and breaking the rule of 4.**
- Some bored gangs that don't know how banks and heists work.
- Drugs coming Soon "TM".
- **Remaining in Amber during the gang war.**
- Recommend riding 2 in a unit.
- Making sure we only let 2 units respond if they are doubled up.
- Let the FTOs train cadets on that as well.
- Try to keep it to 4 or under unless there's an officer involved shooting called.
- Call off some or back off yourself.
- We have a lot of officers and not everybody needs to respond.
- Make sure people are being talked to if they are responding without announcing on the radio.
- **We cannot abuse our numbers to win situations.**
- If there's a single shooter, maybe don't panic until they've started to run or whatnot.
- If we have 8 officers down at a scene, declare it unsafe and wait for it to clear.
- Once it clears (sometimes 5-10 min) officers can go in and clear the scene for EMS.
- Don't use "All-Calls" with tonnes of officers on.
- **Lt. Davis (OOC) has a Cocker Spaniel and a Pitbull Mix. Moody wants you to know this.**
- **Motorcycle units during Amber and Red:**
- **Amber:** Need to be paired up.
- **Red:** Not allowed, not safe.
- **When to change the colour:**
- **Amber:** Lots of robberies and some OIS.
- **Red:** Lots of shootings, gang wars, etc.
- Don't worry about downgrading too early, as you can always upgrade again if things pick back up.
- This is to keep officers safe, so it's just a good guideline on how cautious we should be.
- Weapon stuff has been moved out of the colour system anyway, so don't be afraid to upgrade.
- **The Liljenstroms (Benjamin and Brianna) reported people acting out before a supervisor is on.**
- Junior Major coming online usually stops it.
- **Inactive Cadets**
- Some have been talked to, they will be polled again and removed.
- Add a standard for 2 weeks to start your first shift or we drop.
- Jay will add a box to the new templates that you can mark they were IC asking for one.
- For when people are asking for shifts but no FTO is available
- **Class B Academy**
- We seem to be at the safe bit now.
- Chris Solace will be leading, Davis helping.
- **Sat 1st @ 1pm ET.**
- **Ramming Problem**
- They aren't pitting, they are straight ramming.
- Maybe make some videos to show how to do pursuits properly.
- Teach them how to box through them.
- Make sure FTOs are training on proper pursuit procedures.
- Maybe a training with a "cert"/"training" or some way of tracking it?
- For chase mechanics?
- Wheatkings has it done already.
- A training will get set with Wheatkings and Parker.
- **Warrant Document**

- **IC promotions**
- For FTO and SGT, announce in debrief as much as possible.
- **Dispatch Respect**
- Make sure dispatchers are not ordering people around and being respectful.
- Making sure officers aren't being assholes when responding to welfare checks.
- **Radio Issues**
- Make sure people are using tac channels for pursuits or alternative issues.
- 10-28's don't send during busy radio times.
- Make sure people are listening to the radio.
- Staying on one radio for now and looking at it again if it causes issues in the future.
- Crack down on clean radio usage.
- Dispatch and supervisors yelling 10-3 on the radio.
- **10-78 update**
- **10-77** will be for additional.
- **10-78** will be for **PANIC**.
- **How to get certified to train a cert.**
- Talk to a Trainer, they verfy and recommend to command for you to be a trainer if they feel it appropriate.

- Sally says he wouldn't want it, but he wants to says Davis.
- **Brian Miller** (BCSO)
- (+) Has previous LEO Experience.
- (-) **Junior Major:** 10-80 robo cop cuffing reported by a criminal.
- (Might be a BS crim complaint though).
- Seems there may have been 2 reporters.
- Keep any eye on, promote if not.
- (+) Benjamin Clark says he could use him during this.
- **Kurt Leonard** (BCSO)
- (-) 4 people had problems with this.
- (-) Recent Deputy.
- **Karl Slice** (BCSO)
- (+) Good RPer.
