- Was talked to by Moody on why he can't get Senior Officer.
- He is talking about rerolling as he build Blackwell as an asshole.
- Seems to be acknowledging but not agreeing he has issues.
- **Thin OIS Reports**
- People not putting crucial information in OIS reports (and reports in general).
- **Thin Reports**
- Get every detail in, especially if it is No Contest or Not Guilty.
- Every report should have all of the detail of the situation.
- **Primaries Leaving Scenes**
- Make sure the person who was on scene for all crimes is doing the arrest.
- Highest rank on scene should make sure this gets done properly.
- Make sure first on scene are handling this properly for example.
- 
- **What to do with people breaking traffic laws or Code 2 for nothing.**
- **Thad Furtaw**: Cite on or off duty. They are not above the law.
- **Jay Parker**: Call over radio and ask what the emergency is and why.
- Handle afterwards with a warning if it wasn't with reason.
- **LEO Toxicity**
- Make sure people are getting the roleplay.
- Cops should step back when getting heated OOC.
- If you are unhappy you should take a day off and have fun.
- There's no harm to reaching out after being more ruff/gruff and then letting them know it's all IC (Discord/TS/Forums).
- **Taser Use**
- Make sure to reinforce usage if we see it.
- 4 cartridges!!!
- **George Kuznetsov will handle the inauguration**
- 5pm ET @ the Vinewood Bowl.
- No limts on cops there.
- Frisk/Pat-down at the door.
