## Points covered

- **How to handle strikes on Cadets:**
- Probationary, case by case dismissal.
- Fire at will!
- Be reasonable.
- An exemption will be added to the strike stuff about this probationary period. (Will be done by Mac Moody)
- **Boat spawn at the end of the heliport in La Puerta**.
- 3 Boats; both garages have the same liveries currently.
- **People are still going to calls without announcing.**
- 311s sometimes get missed.
- But some don't report at all.
- If you think they didn't transmit feel free to ask and correct.
- **5150 doesn't exist here.**
- There are at least 3 people in for 5150s...
- Something to bring up with the next admin.
- **Cadet Vehicle Usage.**
- Phase 2, they can use whatever vehicle you are authorized to.
- As long as it's not certed.
- Phase 3, they need to follow SOPs and only pull a.
- **Poor reports from Cadets.**
- Make sure you are checking the reports.
- There's a template in the MDT/Arrest docs that can be used for Cadets.
- **Can Cadets ride-along with regular Officers/Troopers**
- Make a policy on this?
- Civ/Recruit Ride-along currently and thus needs Supervisor+ Permission.
- **10-Code differences between EMS/Medical and LEO.**
- Use plain-speak when contacting the EMS.
- **How to handle 80s being de-escalated to a 10-38.**
- Make sure the officers are taking time to understand the situation before transmitting.
- **Who is going to MCD?**
- 10 SO/SD+
