## Main/George Portion

- **Still a few who need to collect their cash for their PC.**
- **We have a small division.**
- Activity is key!
- **Make sure you write your incident reports.**
- Even if it's in a channel too, write that report.
- **Statements should be in case files.**
- That way we can keep track of it.
- **Update the database on the forums.**

- Make sure to process scenes, create incident reports, and attach them.
- Don't try to force someone else to compile it.

- **If an IC interviewee can't be found...**
- Pass it out to another Detective in the timezone.
- As a last resort, send an IC email via the forums and organize a meeting.
- **Unmarked Charger Use.**
- Keep it to only when others aren't available and you need to help.
- Tye will work on tints and rims for unmarked to make the others a little less obvious are more like irl unmarked.

- This will be released to all LEO.
- **Using Cameras**
- Make sure you take a photo of you using it as the scene.
- You can use Binocular photos.
- **Bar Certification**
- LT wants us all to get it. (But we may not make the requirements)
- So LT will reach out and see what can be done.

## Sally Portion

- **Standardized Processing of a Scene**
- We need to take control of the scene if it's MCD related.
- If a uniformed officer was first on scene, get their statement.
- What the call was.
- Any witnesses.
- What they say.
- Release them to patrol unless there are no other MCD around to control the scene.
- Place tape around the area of incident.
- You can make a saved scene.
- Barriers work too.
- Photograph everything.
- The Body first, before removal.
- Overview of the scene.
- Multiple angles of all evidence.
- Make sure people can visualize the crimescene from the photos.
- (Make sure you had the camera out and a photo with it)
- Collect evidence.
- Including any scenes
- Clean up the scene.
- `\sceneremove` - to remove the scenes.
- "Call in the cleaning crew."
- Could call Public Works if they are available.
- **"Recognize the Tude".**
- Some people don't seem to like us in the LEO.
- Make sure you note what happened and send it along to MCD Sgt+.
- If there's a problem person, pass it along in character.
- This may alleviate with new departments in the future.
- Don't pull LEO from patrol unless absolutely necessary.

## Open Floor

- **Creation of the #database-request channel.**
- Use it if you need to get some data pulled like:
- MDT reports for the dead (who deleted characters and cannot be searched).
- Phone Records (with warrant/subpoena).
- Contacts
- Text Messages
- Residence Records (Phone Records (with warrant/subpoena))
- Where they live.
- Where they have keys to.
- Tye will handle it as IC as possible and will pull the data and provide it for your case.
- **Pin permission will be hopefully added for Detectives to Pin incidents in Case Files.**
- **Poole is working on a case file template.**
