## Points Covered
- **Confidential Informants**
- They need to be IC and OOC vetted.
- No OOC "shitlords" giving mass information to make drama.
- We aren't looking for people to tell us about mechanics, we want RP CIs.
- Watch for CIs trying to get time off sentences and never come back with info.
- The form now tells them to keep it a secret.
- Try to blank/mute stream for CI stuff to avoid meta.
- You can pull the CI contract via email if needed.
- **Charger Issues**
- This should very rarely be used by MCD.
- Only to be used when regular Patrol units are not certified and one is required.
- **Hiring/LOI**
- Have opened and now closed.
- **Letter of Recommendation**
- Feel free to, but your descision to provide at your discretion if you think they do good work.
- This is putting your word/vouch behind the person.
- **How the Discord Works**
- The MCD Discord is the Repository for all the MCD work being done.
- Command/Supervisors will be using some tools on their end to keep track on their end and help move around case load if needed.
- When in doubt, use your notes or case files.
- **Sensitive Cases and Case Sharing**
- Sensitive cases are limited to certain members required to handle it.
- If you need to create one, make a private case and include Supervisor+ until more are needed.
- Sesitive cases don't leave MCD or get discussed outside of approved parties.
- Generally don't share any details that aren't needed by the other party and that don't need to be public.
- **How are we feeling?**
- **McCoy**: "I'll be honest, I feel fantastic."
- **Miller:** It's hard to deal with scenes if they expire. Would it be possible to have a way of contacting the player?
- **Kuznetsov:** It's best for Command or Staff to reach out as they are distanced from it.
- **Flitwick:** From the staff side they can open tickets and we can organize it with Command or get the information as well. It keeps a buffer between both parties so that you don't know what the other is doing Meta wise.
- **Pacing Issues**
- If it gets bad, reach out to Command and they'll reach out to help!
- **Player Pressure or Issues.**
- Feel free to reach out to Supervisor+ in or out of Character.
- Staff can also help for any OOC issues!
- **Get Bar Certified**
- George Kuznetsov is sponsering MCD members so you don't need the other requirements.
## Open Floor
- **Maximus:** MCD Training Days? Like Breaching?
- **Jenkins:** McNairy can help with the Tac training.
- Until there's another system and we kick in doors, it makes sense for us to be comfortable.
- **Miller:** Let us have more lax clothing in UC1.
- Professional is for statements, office work, and court.
- **Kuznetsov:** The issue is that we need to come across as professional. Lax clothing gives the wrong vibe.
- We have Code 2 and Code 3 for this and situations where plain-clothes are required.
- You just need a supervisor to OK it.
- Email if none are online.
- **Jenkins:** Jeans is a Command perk as well.
- **Poole:** Wearing Plain-Clothes in UC1 will bring image problems. Street Clothes and Unmarked cars will bring character and department drama.
- **Davis:** "Yeah I wear Crocs! Suck a dick!"
- **Tubbs:** Criminals will know regardless if you are in a unmarked car and the clothes aren't making a difference.
- **Miller:** We've never tried it so we don't know if it would be an issue.
- **Kuznetsov:** The SOPs were made with staff in mind and this was something discussed at the time.
