## Points covered

- **How is everyone feeling?**
- Would be nice to have less cadets.
- Some are burned from lots of cadets but it is getting better.
- Feel free to stick to 2-3hours and drop/swap cadets.
- No issues with not taking a cadet when you are burned and need some time not training.
- **Moody:** You folks rock!
- Lots of cadets have become officers due to the amazing work of our FTOs.
- **Cadets riding with officers.**
- The answer is "No".
- LTs aren't providing exemptions except in very specific circumstances.
- If someone says they were exempted from anything, please follow up and make sure they were (write it down and ask).
- If you ever have questions, ask in FTO chat in the discord, and we can get answers!
- **Please report Swarming, Instant Tasing, and Constant Escorting.**
- If we break the rules, it's hard for us to to hold the crims to them.
- Make sure we are teaching to check how many are on a call, and listen to the radio, before responding.
- **No vehicle ramming.**
- If we stoop to low levels, the crims will escalate too.
- We are the examples of what we want to see in the server.
- We should be the better people.
- If we are fair with all the crims, most will be fair back.
- We can't take action as staff against crims vs cops if cops do it too.

- Training section will be redone to be an optional training or for those who mess up.
- Davis will get the male outfit.
- Not a cert, not required to pull a boat, optional training.
- **Primary on Scene, make sure they are not leaving and they are making sure it gets done.**
- Feel free to yell at them if they try to leave.
- **Make sure Cadets are filling proper reports.**
- Check them and make sure they are edited if they don't have enough.
- **Clusters of people at MRPD.**
- Please make sure people aren't just sitting in MRPD.
- If you have a partner and need to write a report, have them drive and finish it off on the road!
- **Use of force: Tasers.**
- Don't use tasers as the first option for foot chases, tackle them!
- If they keep running away, subdue them with a stick.
- The stick can incap, and cause EMS.
- The taser is an escalation of force.
- Make sure this is taught in use of force.

## Open Floor

- **Scoot McNairy:** Read the room and make sure you are professional publicly.
- You can still have fun but make sure you have common sense with who you do what to and what the limits are.
- Feel free to correct those.
- If you catch flak for it, feel free to bring it up to a Supervisor.
- **Benjamin Liljenstrom Request:** For abreviations, can we make a shortlist of the commonly used Abbreviations?
- Thad Furtaw will get it added to the SOPs in the radio usage section.
- Put suggestions in the FTO chat.
- **Joanna Poole:** MDT guide needs the `/fine` and `/jail` commands removed.
- **Chris Stevens:** Can I do jail/DOC RP when I'm not busy?
- Don't represent yourself as DOC.
- Do it very safely, and don't get yourself sued.
- **Brianna Liljenstrom:** Cadets have been noticing officers rushing and stacking to calls, making it harder for cadets to get to calls.
- If you see people are coming from too far away, feel free to request them to break off.
- Make sure you are telling cadets to pace themselves.
- **Joanna Poole:** Also people don't announce and show up.
- **Liam Cavanagh:** 10-80s with cadets, can they pull something better?
- In P2 they can use anything that doesn't require a cert that you are allowed to pull.
- In P3 they have to use what they are allowed to as they are the solo primary.
- **Dante Jenkins:** Use of force when being rammed into a wall to be disabled.
- If they are hitting you over and over at high rates of speed, especially in the driver's side...
- Warn them a lot with the megaphone.
- Make sure you can articulate that you were in threat of serious injury.
- Shoot them! (As a last resort).
