--- tags: LEO/NDRP --- # LEO Command (MCD) Meeting - 06/05/2021 ## Attendance (7 @ 7:16pm https://i.imgur.com/oX6m8dx.png) - Mac Moody - Chris Price - George Kuznetsov (Led the meeting) - Mitch Wheatkings - Brandon Davis - Chris Solace - Thad Furtaw - _Tye Flitwick_ (Note Taker) **Ended at 8:08pm** ## Points covered - **FTOs While Within MCD** - The 10 brought in are Snr+ and will be regular patrol when not investigating. - When they are patrolling they can take a cadet out potentially. - **Davis:** Against, as MCD may need to take over a scene or do investigations in the middle of the call. - **Furtaw:** Lots of people who can move up to Snr will be ready to after we take a break from onboarding after this. - || **Voted Conclusion: MCD will not be required to FTO.** || - **No Sgts to start.** - All will come in as Detectives. - **George Comey** - 8pm Arrest of Gov Candidate. - Press Conferance after - No felony so he can still run of Gov. - **Karl Slice IA.** - Story (Furtaw): - Got dehydrated and went to the hospital. - Said something about "shooting up the hospital with his kidney stones". - Ended up screaming at the EMS supervisor in front of their employees. - McNairy showed up as the supervisor. - Slice said what was going on, and McNairy tryed to even it out. - Slice was pissed that McNairy was called, and kept cutting McNairy off as he didn't want him there. - McNairy says for him to "shut the fuck up". - Slice gets pissed and continues to scream. - McNairy says he will strike and Slice said "do what you have to do and fuck off". - McNairy calls Furtaw who gets the rundown. - Slice is screaming in the locker room about telling the Sgt. to fuck off for all to hear. - Eventually he is pulled in, and Slice acts dumb and eventually fesses up. - Slice wanted an appology to McNairy and he continues to cut off McNairy and Furtaw when speaking. - Furtaw said Slice would be striked. - Slice said he's "the bigger man". - McNairy says he will respect Slice regardless of what happens, but he was trying to keep the peace. - The issue was no authority given to the supervisor and McNairy was doing his job. - Slice said "he's out", went to talk to Scott Diaz and yelled about "some semblance of responsibility" - He was near the front desk and people outside can hear it, one in the lobby at least. - Furtaw suspends Slice until further notice and tells him. - People outside can hear, conduct needs to be reviewed, this is the professional environment. - Everyone needed to cool off. - Furtaw confirmed that people did overhear it. - **Previous IA where Slice was working front desk in underwear, Hart said to put on clothes, he put on a vest and came back, still in underwear.** - Take this into consideration. - BCSO can handle this. - **Scott Diaz IA.** - Story (Davis): - Movie set shooting, wasn't an actual shooting. - Waiting for EMS, Diaz rolls in, not saying anything on comms. - Davis asks Diaz and Diaz says "he needs a second" and then goes to the suspect. - He saw someone there earlier, but he dismisses Davis and peeled out. - Later that shift, another situation, Diaz didn't call assisting and it lead to a Officer to Officer shooting. - They sat their laughing and him and the other officer (Ezra Ackerman) tried to leave to another call. - Davis told all to fill out an OIS and Diaz had said he shot the suspect. - Jericho Black shot Susie Carmichael. - Black and Diaz ignored this in the OIS, and they just had 2 sentence blurbs. - It was not Black's fault as there were not comms. - Briefing After (Furtaw): - Referenced this Situation after and went over comms based on it, and how to handle TAC swaps and what should still go over main. - Suggested Resolution: - Written Warning for both calling to scenes and also for accuracy of OIS. - **Emily Taylors** - **Duncan Murray** leaked something from and IC investigation in a common chat. - Mentioned an 11-page about corruption and that he will be in jail by the end of the night. - See **George Comey**. - Mentioned a Scene with Jenna Bradstock and Franky Topp. - Kuznetsov shut it down as this was Rape RP that was being shut down OOC so it's not a part of this investigation. - **Action:** Was warning from a staff perspective, probably keep him out of investigations.
