## General
- **We have revamped the whitelist and you all have seen it.**
- **We will be letting in 100 apps per week. (Accepted Applications!)**
- We are looking to get 3 servers full regularly and a fourth as needed.
- We don't want to have 5 simulaneous servers full.
- **Name not matching or not being correct is mostly a no-go.**
- Unless they have a name change request already in.
- Unless the application is amazing and this is the only thing holding them up.
- If not, deny!
- **250 Characters for then Character Background.**
- If the rest of the app is detailed and this is a tad short (50 words or whatnot), let it slide.
- **Mods will have a counting channel to notate how many apps have been accepted.**
- Just iterate on the last number in the channel when you accept one.
- If there are a lot of applications left (20 or more) at around 90 accepted, just tag management for us to close the apps.
- **If they are below
- **Only one On-Hold Period now, and 48 hours to do so.**
- If they don't fix all that is asked, they get denied.
- If they make changes after the applications have closed, they will get waitlisted.
- You can make a post in the Discord or your Own sheet to pre-approve them if you like, but they won't get approved until later.
- **If they have poor Roleplay in their linked videos...**
- Feel free to ask other Moderators if they feel the same.
- If your feelings are seconded, On-Hold the application and ask about why they shared these videos.
- **Always do the On-Holds before new applications!**
- This is exceedingly important when we are letting in only 100 people!
- **If denied, they can re-apply in the next cycle.**
- **Is there a minimum number of apps handled per moderator?**
- No. As long they all get handled and you are putting your work in, that's good enough.
- **3-4 new mods will be hired in this round.**

## Guidelines
- **250 words for the Character Background.**
- You can supplement out some of this for their "Previous Characters" response if it is good.
- **100 words per Scenario, or 300 total**
- They must do 3.
- If they do 5, 60 words each.
- If some are higher and others lower, use your best judgement.
- **2 Incorrect items is up to your descretion, 3 and we deny.**

## The Wipe Day

- **Wednesday April 29th, 2020 will be the Wipe day.**
- It will happen in the morning.
- **People will likely need to clear their caches, and we will tell them to.**
- Expect #Support Tickets.
- **Wipe at 9am, server live at 10am, applications open at 12pm ET.**
- **We will put up servers as there are queues popping up so people can hop in and create characters.**
- **Economy.**
- You make $40-$60 an hour.
- Prices for items like firearms have been raised.
- Shotguns like the pump-action are more expensive now.
- We will monitor for the first week and offer a feedback thread where people can chime in after a few days.
- Money will not be put over roleplay.
- Our focus of the economy is not to have people grind, but it wil happen a bit for the first couple of days.
- LEO will make $36 an hour (instead of $60).
- **There is a secretly located $300 horse.**
- This is the most expensive item currently.
- **Carts have been increased in price, especially the armoured one.**
- **Spawn and common locations will have lower tier horses.**
- There are new marked stables as well as hidden stables.
- **Towns without gunsmiths have ammo in the General Store.**
- It costs a little more.
- No Shotgun shells.
- **Some weapons have been moved around or are rare and non-purchasable guns.**
- Guns that are non-purchasable will end up in events.
- Repeating shotgun is dead and gone.
- Engraved guns at gun stores have been cut down and named for governmental positions.
- Valentine doesn't sell a whole lot now.
- Tumbleweed only sells the basic Carbine Repeater and the Cattleman revolver and they are more expensive.
- **We will release a big post about the wipe with all the player pertinent information.**
