--- tags: WWRP --- # WildWest RP Staff Meeting Notes | 02/05/2020 (1pm-2pm ET) --- Meeting Notes --- __Attendants: (17 @ 1:34pm ET)__ ![Attendants](https://i.imgur.com/7ketTFC.png) ## Manager Removal - **Billy McGee was removed from management.** - He had to be removed while he was offline to stop any potention abuses on the way out due to his level of access. - **Billy Messaged a few people independantly.** - He is lying saying he was removed for giving Penta 38 dollars. - **He stream sniped Penta the first time he came on.** - During this first incident he turned into many animals to attack and follow Penta. - He was warned and said about the people complaining "Why the fuck do I care what they think? What do they do around here?". - Billy's activity stepped back a bit to work on other projects for a while. - Penta came back and on stream Penta can be seen gaining cash. - The logs verified the first thing Billy did was give him cash. - Billy also gave his own characters a bunch of money. - Billy also gave him an engraved weapon that he did not earn. - Billy then continued to follow him around for hours stream sniping Penta, using custom peds (Leprechaun), and giving hot air baloon rides. - **Billy forced whitelist on Buddha (another streamer), without any application as well.** - There was no discussion about this. - **We hope Billy the best in the future.** - Hayes has reached out to see how he wants to handle his removal (a best wishes post or similar), but no response so far. - **The rest of the Management team was doing staff interviews the night of his removal.** - We spent over 3 hours doing them and Billy decided to get clout in Penta's stream instead of joining us. - Emmett Stone joined in to fill the empty spot and get the interviews done. ## General - **First new whitelisting wave done!** - Things are pretty busy again player-wise, but things are normalizing. - **We will be watching the queues over the next few days.** - We will keep Server 4 up as required. - This is pretty much the level we want max. - Even queues. - Full servers. - Around 30 players in queue total. - You can view the queues at: - https://servers.redm.gg/ - They are in the numbers in "[]" in front of the name of the server: - ![Example of Queues](https://i.imgur.com/e4ImtdQ.png) - **We have had around 1000 tickets recently and the numbers coming in have ramped up.** - Try not to take tickets from other staff if they are actively responding. - If you want to handle a ticket, make sure to claim it with the push-pin icon. - You can unclaim it later if you need to go offline. - Staff can view, but can't respond while it's claimed (except the managers). - If you have an issue with another staff member or some ideas for a claimed ticket, bring it up in PMs to that member. - **A giant thank you to the staff!** - The mods did amazing with the whitelist reopening. - The devs did amazing with their responses to bugs as well as the work still going into features. - **We are discussing wait periods for new staff getting prio.** - Don't force your way into the busiest server when you aren't using staff duties when possible. - If you are missing Prio, reach out to your team lead (CAs talk to Frank Devine). - **Tumu will be taking an extended LOA for some military training.** - Hayes has been aware and we wish him the best. - Should be ~ 8 weeks. - Hopefully he gets a computer as soon as possible. ## Development (Ty Byrne) - **Systems are being moved from being in Billy's Control and devs are getting up to speed.** - **Once we get our patching system is worked out, Ty will open up a 24/7 dev server that staff can mess with and help test.** ## Community Advisement (Frank Devine) - **Feel free to help the developement team as needed with tested.** - **Interviews will be happening, and then a Community Adviser meeting will be scheduled.** - **Make sure with the big streamers to focus on good roleplay over trying to get on streams.** ## Open Floor - **James Tully** - Wiki stuff is still going on with new wiki curators coming in tomorrow. - They will keep an eye on submissions and keep the wiki clean. - CAs may be able to help with curation if they like in the next few weeks. - The goal is to open it up for people to submit more stuff.
