You can create the stream whenever you want. We are synced with 1065860 changelist (3rd may), do you need any other information?

We don't know if the stream can be done from that changelist or it needs to do from the current. In that case, we need to sync it with our repository again.

Right now PS5 is working with this CL and we are working to make XBSX work with the new texture format. Also, we are cleaning up the code and checking win64/dx11, win64/vulkan and ggp targets.
