# Ideation of "Plan H" ## Problem Statement Overcome the limits of home training using social computing ## Problem Background According to news from Kotra, the home training industry is growing fast after COVID-19. However, several limits exist with home training compared to traditional gym training. Two trainees who experienced the home training points out the limitation of tool and space making most of the exercises impossible. It’s also hard to push themselves to the limits due to safety issues. Online Personal Trainer proposed few disadvantages of teaching trainees online, online PT would be more effective in social format rather than traditional 1 on 1 training. ## Motivation Home training became essential for those interested in health conditions after COVID-19. Home training itself also has irreplaceable benefits such as freedom of time and space. Individual experts don’t exist everywhere and machines are not available in all spaces. Although there are several limits, the best tool we have to overcome those limits is modern technology and social computing. By utilizing social computing skills, things that couldn't have been possible in offline such as exercising with more than thousands of people or active random interaction would be possible.
