### IC1
- 有寫過Python
- 有使用過git
- 知道資料庫的概念
	- NoSQL
	- Relational Database
### IC2
- 在工作上使用過Python
- 懂得使用git來做多人協作
	- Use one of the git flow
- 工作上使用過資料庫
	- 知道使用index
- 有寫過unit test
- 有寫技術文件的意識

## Mid Level
### IC3
- 使用過任何一種pyhton web framework
- 至少有以下兩項
	- 工作上有獨立完成feature design/implement
	- 知道CI/CI flow
	- 能寫出良好的unit test
	- 有用過任何一種cloud service
		- GCP
		- AWS
		- Azure

## Senior
### IC4
- 熟悉python web framework 
	- fastapi will be a plus
- 至少熟悉以下三項
	- Frontend合作的流程
	- API design flow
	- Write design document
	- unit test
	- CI/CD flow
	- 任一種cloud service
- Bonus
	- 有帶過小團隊

## Architect
### IC5
- 能做技術PoC
	- 需有production quality的code
- 熟悉system design
- 能對技術選型做完整的分析
	- 完整記錄architecture decision records
	- 針對目前技術問題進行分析和諮詢
