2. [frontlinemedics](https://www.instagram.com/frontlinemedics/) have posted on their instagram a procedure for treating someone who has been pepper-sprayed. Check out their [post](https://www.instagram.com/p/CAy60imgII4/) before you go to a protest in case you or someone around you have been pepper sprayed.
**Tl.DR if you haven't read ^these posts:**
1. Bring water, food, face covering, head/eye protection, knee/elbow pads, extra clothes
2. For Pepper Spray treatment, put on plastic gloves remove affected clothing and put in a sealed plastic bag, wipe the body with a mix of 50/50 water and milk of magnesia (avoiding the eye area) and flush their eyes out with cool running water
## Warning to legally at-risk individuals
There has been reports of ICE being present at the protests and taking people away. If you are undocumented and/or have DACA/TPS, being charged with a criminal act can be grounds to rescind your status. The best way to protest is to not engage in the ground protests but to contribute in other ways like donations, virtual activism, etc. . If you choose to protest, please do not engage in the rioting or looting, your life in the U.S. could be in danger.
**If you or someone you know is undocumented and has been taken into custody, please use this [link](https://ccij.sfbar.org/california-rapid-response-networks/?fbclid=IwAR33aZyfVk6SL0_vOHx2wc0QlKlpDLx0tjfhRt4TBr-kOy86EARzNbd0XSw) to find the proper resources in your area**

Looting local small businesses hurts the movement and your community. Fight for the lives of the murdered; don't destroy the lives of the innocent.
