Steps to reproduce the steps

1) 10 FS's available on the cluster
versions :

3.6.0
3.2.0

2) delete the older 3.6.0 bits from the UI
3) uploaded the files using the below command

4) From the UI go to settings > upgrade software > Fileserver
Upgrade to the 3.6.0 version and check the status on UI. upgrade stuck on 36% and details show upgrade failed.
