**Community Relations Election, 1/2: DragonMonk111**

This proposal seeks to confirm or reject DragonMonk111 (juno1nfyjvmtuggw8ydfpj469n0sdas6d9tvvye6zd4) to the open seat on the Community Relations Department.

**Please note:** This is a signaling proposal as both DragonMonk111 and Tonyler are running for the same seat. The one with the higher overall approval (approval x turnout) will be added to the Department manually by Community Relations. Please review both their proposals carefully.

As defined in the [Juno Charter](https://bafkreifkrru55vpzklus3i7lz5sfobwo4girfnnkkecg3ics2dhc7zbmnu.ipfs.dweb.link/), this position is for a six-month term. It will have an effective start date of 1 January 2024 in accordance with the [Effective Start Date proposal](https://commonwealth.im/juno/discussion/14390-set-effective-start-date-for-charter-and-new-departments-to-1-jan-2024) on Commonwealth.

**Voting**

If confirmed by a Yes vote, this nominee will be appointed to the Department.

If rejected by a No or No With Veto vote, this nominee will not be appointed. If both nominees are rejected, the seat will remain vacant.

Voting Abstain contributes to meeting quorum but does not express a preference either way.
