MotionCorr works!
CTF fails with exit code -9
I can shell into the container and run it, not sure why different from motioncorr message.

Pixel size with 'e-x' breaks the CTFFind service
(MotionCorr can handle it)
I think neither are supposed to have the 'e' part?

Multiply by 10**10 -> All works!

Now testing alignment
Change Murfey so /align processing request really sends message to dispatcher
Change MC service so it actually sends to murfey feedback
When working, will need to enable ISPyB inserts in the services
Then will rebuild container images

Need to build first to test
Only one image is motioncorrected..

- destination name appends -> murfey figures it out
- positions mixed up -> issue
- only sends to MotionCorr once -> issue
- client sticky after start DC -> waiting for processes, mostly logs
- motioncorrection dcid - not used
- rebuild mc service with murfey message including mrc_out -> Monday
- do I actually need dials/dlstbx?? em-zocalo repo -> Monday
- queue beamline name -> issue

Queues are wrong!
