# Zuitzerland Proposition We will capture the story & vibe of Zuitzerland, and produce a series of high quality interviews covering all of the most important Zuitzerland topics, acompanied with daily recaps and the aftermovie as the pinnacle. ## Shipping What we‘ll do: - 16 long form interviews w/ posts - 16 daily recaps w/ short interviews - 36 short promo clips - 1 event aftermovie 2-3min Daily recaps will be delivered every 24h, fully edited content will be delivered 6 weeks after the event. Each piece of content will be produced at our quality standard, according to best practices as recognized by us. ## Shilling All of the content will be shared through: - Our social media profiles - Our youtube & tiktok channels - Our newsletter Publishing cadence will be 1 interview/week & 3-4 shorts/week, distributed to a combined following of ~15-20k. Our distribution calendar will be shared with your social media person, so they can keep up by publishing each piece before us. ## How we do it - 2 person production team on-site for 18 days - Run & gun style capturing moments throughout the day - Long form interviews in the interviews room - Everyone asked if they want to review before publishing - Same-day edits & shipping of recaps - 1 revision round per interview, 3 for the aftermovie We expect to agree on everything prior, and then execute with minimal to no interference. We will gather all of the publishing approvals, and we‘ll be sticking to our publishing schedule. ## What we‘ll need - Brand assets pack including YT thumbnail template - Direction on most important ppl to interview - Direction on topics/questions that you want to cover - Direction on the vibe of the aftermovie We want to gather as much data as possible in terms of your wants & needs, in advance. We will follow up this proposal with another document, which will outline vibes wanted, topics, interviewees etc. # Investment 20-30k CHF, depending on whether you want topic-explainer videos or just simple interviews, whether we‘re doing daily recaps & what kind, and additional services like social media management. - 40% initial stake - 30% after the event - 30% final delivery We know this is no small amount, but its still well below market rates and should pay dividends in terms of attracting more people & sponsors for Zuitzerland v2.
