This presentation will cover the following: * User research * Prototype demo --- ### What problem did we think we were solving :bear: 1. **Hypothesis 1:** Customers want an easier way to locate ice cream vendors. 2. **Hypothesis 2:** Vendors want and need a better way to find customers and for their customers to find them. --- ### User personnas :chicken: #### The customer  --- #### The vendor  --- ### Key Assumptions :bear: 1. Interview: 2 x Food truck owner 2. Facebook Vendor Groups: Discussion with 'Antonio' 4. Yvonne's friends --- Vendor says:  --- No holding back...  --- ### Assumption 1 :bear: 1. Vendors would be happy to advertise their routes - **FALSE!**  --- ### Feedback from potential customers :rabbit: 1. NextDoor App 2. Customer questionnaire ---  --- How many minutes would you walk for to reach an ice cream van? :rabbit:  --- If you wanted to eat an ice cream, but there were no vendors in the area, would you be happy to temporarily share your location so an ice cream vendor could find you? :rabbit:  --- Out of 10 how interested would you be in an app that allowed you to find nearby ice cream vans? :rabbit:  --- ## Assumption 2 :rabbit: 2. Customers want to be able to find portable Ice Cream Vendors - **95% True**  --- ### Overall findings :hedgehog:  - Ice cream men would not be comfortable using the app - Customers seemed receptive towards the app and would be open to sharing their location. --- ### What did we do next? :hedgehog: How did we incorporate this feedback into our product? 1. Vendor - no longer showing entire route, only timed locations 2.
