# How to vote with veHermes through Andromeda Explorer

## Find the pool address of the pool you want to vote for
- I will use Metis-USDC as an example, with a 100% vote to that pool
- Note: You can split votes by inputting multiple gauge addresses

**1. Go to DexScreener's Hermes Protocol page**
- https://dexscreener.com/metis/hermesprotocol

**2. Click the Metis-USDC pool**


**3. Click the Metis-USDC address icon to copy the address of pool**
- Metis USDC Hermes pool address: 0x5ab390084812E145b619ECAA8671d39174a1a6d1


## Use pool address to vote
**1. Go to the BaseV1Voter Write Contract tab**
- https://andromeda-explorer.metis.io/address/0x879828da3a678D349A3C8d6B3D9C78e9Ee31137F/write-contract

**2. Connect wallet**

**3. Go to *23. vote* (see attached pic below for visual instruction)**

**4. Paste the token id # of the NFT you want to vote with**
- Found on your locker page
- https://hermes.maiadao.io/#/locker

**5. Paste gauge contract address**
- If voting for multiple gauges, use commas to separate addresses

**6. Type your chosen vote weight % x100**
- If splitting your vote, split weight with commas. **YOU MUST DO THIS IN THE ORDER OF YOUR GAUGE ADDRESSES IN THE PREVIOUS STEP**
- Examples
-- One gauge: 100% = 100000
-- Two gauges, 50% to both: 50000,50000
-- Three gauges, 33% to each: 33333,33333,33334

**7. Click Write and complete tx**

**8. Done!**
