# [Tutorial] Herenz Emboss

## Materials
1. EMBOSS (2 Bodies)
2. Pilot Dr.Grip (2 Tips, 2 Metal Rings)
3. Pilot airblanc (2 Tips)
4. Uni Signo DX UM-151 (2 Backplugs)
5. Pilot SUPER GRIP (5 Grips)
6. DONG-A AnyBall (3 Grips)
7. Pilot G-3 (1 Grip, 2 rubber stoppers in caps)

## Preprocessing
### EMBOSS (2 Bodies)

Take one barrel, cut 3.7cm from the back & the front.

### Pilot SUPER GRIP (5 Grips)

Cut as shown in the pic.
"A" & "B" will be used to explain for the assembling part.

### DONG-A AnyBall (3 Grips)

Take one grip, cut as shown in the pic. (3-3-1-1 from the middle)

### Uni Signo DX UM-151 (2 Backplugs)


Cut before the bump.


### Pilot G-3 (1 Grip, 2 rubber stoppers in caps)

Cut as shown in the pic.

### ah...done...

## Assembling

> **STEP 1**
>

Put a Pilot G-3 rubber stopper into a Dr.Grip tip.

> **STEP 2**
>

Uni Signo DX UM-151 Backplug
v
Pilot airblanc tip with 3 blocks of Pilot G-3 grip put outside
v
Tip set in STEP 1

> **STEP 3**
>


3 blocks of Pilot SUPER GRIP from "B" >
Pilot SUPER GRIP (smooth part) >
1 block of DONG-A AnyBall grip >
3 blocks of Pilot SUPER GRIP (yellow) >
Pilot SUPER GRIP (smooth part) with 5 blocks of Pilot SUPER GRIP from "B" put outside

> **STEP 4**

Put the whole tip set into the grips.

Put a Pilot Dr.Grip Metal Ring into the grips.

> **STEP 6**

Put the following grips outside:
whole DONG-A AnyBall grip >
5 blocks of Pilot SUPER GRIP from "A" >
3 blocks of DONG-A AnyBall grip

Do the same steps for the other side.

> **STEP 8**
>

Put some tape & 3 blocks of Pilot SUPER GRIP from "A" on EMBOSS tips

## The Finishing Touch


Add 18mm tape in the middle.
