Use the Live Chat feature to speak to the Independent Reserve help desk.
Go to Independent Reserve on a browser and log into your Independent Reserve account, then click the Profile icon on the top right. Click “Get Support” from the drop-down menu, then click the “Chat” icon. If you’re using the Independent Reserve App, select the icon with three horizontal lines and tap “Get Support.” Then tap “Live Chat.”[3]
A chat window will appear, connecting you to the Independent Reserve support virtual assistant who can answer general questions.
