###### tags: `電子材料` `光敏電阻` # 光敏電阻電路實驗 ## 材料 LED * 1 NPN型電晶體 * 1 麵包版 * 1 杜邦線 * n 光敏電阻 * 1 2500 ohm(以上) 電阻 * 1 ## 電路圖   電晶體的使用請見[電晶體](/jtiyypCsRuKO-SSRJKe2qw) 將9V電池接在電晶體的C極,並串聯一個電阻到B極,再接光敏電阻,並接到負極,E極則接到LED並接負極。 ## 結果 因光線上升、電阻下降,所以電流流向光敏電阻而非BJT(訊號下降),所以電流不會從C 流到E,LED不亮;當光線變暗、電阻上升電流就會流向BJT(訊號上升),這時會有電流從C流到E,所以LED亮起。
