## Team

You are a team consisting of two persons (at least one "Mitarbeiter" and at least one "German speaking")
You'll need to supervise via zoom up to 47 students writing their 2 hour exam.
For supervision we use the main session for supervising the student's working place from a place aside and slightly elevated such that it also gives view to the students desktop (from the distance).
We use Break-Out-Sessions (BOS) in order to check the student's identity prior to the exam (if you feel it necessary, also check his/her room and table by asking the student to move the cell phone as you ask) and mainly to supervise the student's desktop throughout the working time.

## Generation of the session on zoom.us

You need to be looged in. Produce a separate meeting for any of the time slots you are helping us [Thank You!]:
* Topic: Online-Klausur Mathe I, Kohorte x, Team y (x is 1,2,3 or 4)
* When: when you'll start the session or later (otherwise the session might disappear from your list of meetings before starting)
* Registration: required
* Passcode: mathe1
* Mute participants upon entry
* Breakout Room pre-assign (BOR): 48 (47 for the students, 1 for you and your helper???) Otherwise: use phones to communicate
* ALTERNATIVE HOST: zoom user name of your helper hos/her Sign-In Email

## Start

Start (both of you) the session in a logged on state: you will become host/cohost instantly.
(Otherwies make each other cohost [list of participants->right click on the name->make cohost or host])
If both of you are host/cohost you'll remain control over the meeting even if noe of yours is thrown out for any reason. If this happens: start the meeting again as soon as possible: you'll become host/cohost again.

Start the BOS. Wait for students.

## Visability

During the working time of the students it might be dangerous if both you are leaving the main session at the same time because, if the students recognize this, they could re-enter the main session and share their desktop.
Well, it is hard for the students to observe the main room, since they will only be in die main room by their cell phones ...and this ack would also be highly dangerous for them, singe one of yours could reenter at any time without warning.

## List of Students

You'll get a list of students (office document). This is mainly used to check identity and also to get a link: real student<->name used at zoom

## The student's names (problem hopefully very rarely appearing)

The students have been ask to use a name (like Donald) for their working desktop
and the corresponding name-h for their supervising machine (cell phone), in the example "Donald-h". Ask them to rename according to that scheme otherwise.

The students can see the names of the other students still in the main session.
They have been ask to change their name if the name already appears in the list of particitants. But if a student is in his/her BOS he/she cannot be seen as a participant in the main session. Therefore, please record the names of the students that enter and react if a name appears for the seccond time.
If the name of an entering student has already been used before and the student does not change it by his/her own, please approach that student and ask him/her to change the name. ==how to appoach?==
If he/she is not able or willing to, change "name" to "name1"
and "name-h" to "name1-h" in order to have different names for different students. ==how to change names?==
(This is also a proposal for a change of the name, if the student is able to make this him/herself).
