Now, Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) technologies are readily producing lots of post genomics data in an cost-effective way. These omics data have been improved our understanding from Phenotype-Genotype relations. In the other words, they are closer to real phonotype. RNA-Seq data can be mapped back to the genome with the simultaneous availability of both sequence and transcription data. Here, it has been proposed two algorithms (integrated genomic and direct transcriptomic evaluations) to exploit sequences and read counts (as a weight index), leading to a whole transcription value index (WTVI) to rank animals with no concern on their own different environments. This is an idea to construct a computational framework for integrating of transcriptomic data into animal evaluations. it may take into account for non additive affects particularly epistatisis and interactions such as genetic*environment.
