The service is STUN(Session Traversal Utilities for NAT).

different fields: TCP has other fields like Sequence Number, Acknowledgement Number, and Window that UDP doesn't have.

我發現到不僅每種protocol有著各自的底色，就連TCP本身都有不同的顏色（灰色、藍色、黑色等），後來就在view裡面看到一個coloring rule，才知道各自底色所代表的意義，而且這些顏色還可以再自定義。
