# How does xSUSHI works ?

When you stake SUSHI in the SushiBar you receive xSUSHI which represent your share of the SushiBar.

This means that SUSHI <=> xSUSHI price are different, xSUSHI reprensent your rights on a portion of the SUSHI in the SushiBar.

Everytime fees are served to the SushiBar (swapped against SUSHI and sent to the bar), the ratio SUSHI<=>xSUSHI will change, xSUSHI value will rise since its now worth more SUSHI than before fees were served.

So your xSUSHI amount in your wallet will never change but it will be worth more SUSHI over time, UP ONLY :sushi:.

You can do whatever you want with your xSUSHI, they will still earn the SushiBar yield, but if you loose them you wont be able to get your SUSHI back.
