## :pencil:Notes:
> 上週去玩具銀行參訪時拿了一台小車一台大車,小車的用意是作為其中機器人的素材有比較好的擴充性,大車的理由則是結構較複雜比較有拆的價值,特別是轉向機構的部分,雖然是玩具卻把汽車轉向以單自由度的形式再現出來了。
- 這週練習玩具拆解、繪製外部樣貌和內部結構的草圖
- 可逆的組合大概都拆解重裝過了,也發現一些不讓拆的玩具設計:例如生殖隔離的三角頭螺絲、不可逆的黏膠接合、連結在玩具殼內部扒開就會斷掉的設計等等
- 這次拆解個人的主要目的是以了解一些機械傳動構造為主,草圖上也是大概描繪外型,內部只關注繪製傳動的齒輪對、機構簡圖

## :mountain:Challenges:
- 拆螺絲的時候都想把起子頭裝到電鑽上去快轉,因為平時都需要快速拆裝機構習慣了,除非是鑽頭空間上會被遮擋無法作業的情況才會使用手轉起子,不然其餘時候都是以效率為上。剛介紹完實作中心的機台原本就想把每個機台都操作/玩一遍,結果卻突然退回石器時代那樣用螺絲起子有點一股衝勁被壓抑的感覺
- 大車的螺絲很多都生鏽了,有些鏽跡居然沾卡到起子頭上;塑膠也有些脆化,車板外殼在拆的時候就有一塊被撥破
- 由於機械背景與現在所處實驗室的專案需要,平時就已經有在實作焊接、2D繪圖與雷切、3D繪圖與列印的工作了;因此對於下周課程會把比較多期待放在數位製造工具中我還涉略較少的部分,例如Blender(偏向有機式的建模),我熟悉的3D建模大都是無機式的
