## Gameplan
Current situation: Process to onboard current batch of DAOs proving more difficult than expected
Batch 0:
1) Geoweb - onboarded and active (amazing job Lara)
2) Eden Protocol - on pause due to their focus on fundraising
3) DAOStar - 2 contributors onboarded, onboarding more on pause for now
4) TSYM - on pause, waiting to hear back
5) W/ - on pause, waiting to hear back
6) Maker - on pause, waiting to hear back (according to Tim we should have an opening in about a quarter)
7) WGMI - slow per-individual progress
Pushing to onboard these will be even more difficult from now to January (DAOs less active, contributor work is reduced so less reason for them to use Govrn to record contributions currently)
*Proposal*: Halt new community onboard outreach (unless they reach out directly expressing strong need) and shift to focus on increasing activation of current users (ie get current users to become stronger Govrn users)
Ideas:
- Try to squeeze another Expert cohort in? Strengthening current users will still be difficult because of the aforementioned slowdown in contributions, but the Experts program somewhat bypasses this issue
- Deep dive contribution jam session with Geoweb?
- Deep dive contribution jam session with Boys Club without annoying them?
- Hold demo office hours and blast on twitter? (this completely circumvents the 'no new outreach' plan tbh but could be sufficiently useful to get and to get feedback in real time)
