The main goal is to reduce the friction and costs of hiring new people. The post goes into a good amount of detail regarding what the team believes is vital to focus on going forward—namely, finding a satisfactory answer to the question: "How can we increase MakerDAO’s decentralization while best optimizing long-term growth?" While the team believes that the Endgame Plan contains good ideas, it will vote on MIPs based on the criteria outlined in the post on an individual basis. > [**MKR Only Discord?**](https://forum.makerdao.com/t/poll-for-mkr-holder-only-discord-channel/18360) This poll submitted by Recognized Delegate @rspa asks the community whether a Discord channel exclusively for large MKR holders should be created. This may provide a way for MKR holders to provide input other than directly participating in governance or on the public forums. Options include liquidating the insolvent accounts, burning DAI from the surplus buffer, and repaying the outstanding debt.
