### Smart Contracts

- [Executive to mitigate flash loans risk passed](https://vote.makerdao.com/executive/mitigating-flash-loan-risk?network=mainnet#proposal-detail), GSM Pause Delay has been increased to 72 hours, authorization removed from Oracle Freeze Module and Liquidations Circuit Breaker.
- Domain team is working with the Foundation on a proposal to get those modules back in place.
- Two collateral assessments are almost complete and will be posted soon.
- The team reviewed [MIP 27: Debt Ceiling Instant Access Module](https://forum.makerdao.com/t/mip27-debt-ceiling-instant-access-module/4625/11) and it's now up for formal submission.
- This Friday's executive will include YFI and BAL.

### Risk

- The team is evaluating debt ceilings on collateral types.
- Pending collateral evaluations on LP tokens.

- The DAI supply rises to around 944 million.

- 188% Collateralized seems to be a new trend.
