His primary objective as a Delegate are be to advocate for growth initiatives that will boost DAI adoption and increase MKR value. Core values include: * **Growth**, as mentioned * Developing products to stabilize **revenue** * Taking a **data-driven** approach to testing new features and products * Collaborating in an **unbiased** way with other MakerDAO contributors @TRUEMAKER represented Onestone in yesterday's Meet Your Delegate #19 [**call**](https://forum.makerdao.com/t/meet-your-delegate-19-onestone-w-truemaker/17858). > [**Executive Inclusion: GRO-001 MKR Vesting Stream Clean-Up**](https://forum.makerdao.com/t/executive-inclusion-gro-001-mkr-vesting-stream-clean-up/17820) In order to avoid the Growth Core Unit being able to claim an extra 63.18 MKR over and above the 803 MKR approved as the team's maximum MKR budget, the CU was advised to redirect their MKR stream to the [**Maker Pause Proxy**](https://etherscan.io/address/0xbe8e3e3618f7474f8cb1d074a26affef007e98fb), making the extra MKR unclaimable. To make this change visible in decentralized front ends that track MKR movement, such as [**Makerburn**](https://makerburn.com/#/), the next Executive Vote will include logic to `vest` the remaining MKR from the stream to make the actual MKR situation detectable by such tools. > [**Endgame RFC DVC Calls**](https://forum.makerdao.com/t/endgame-rfc-dvc-calls/17773) Recognized Delegate @twblack88 spearheaded the creation of an open call to help guide Decentralized Voter Committee (DVC) calls toward producing actionable feedback. The first call reached a peak attendance of sixteen participants. In this post, @MakerMan shares his thoughts on splitting MakerDAO into two separate but related entities: 1. MakerC and DAIC, where "C" stands for "seeking to be regulatory **c**ompliant worldwide": This entity would be "homed in a friendly jurisdiction," where it would follow all relevant laws and regulations. 2. MakerP and DAIP, where "P" stands "pirate": This entity would stick to the original Maker vision of full permissionlessness and decentralization. @MakerMan sees this bifurcation as the only way to protect MakerDAO contributors from potential offensives from nation states that view decentralized protocols as violating their regulatory frameworks. > [**LFWs Endgame Commentary**](https://forum.makerdao.com/t/lfws-endgame-commentary/17907) @LongForWisdom added another entry to his [**ongoing work**](https://forum.makerdao.com/t/endgame-index-list/16021) summarizing and commenting on @rune's Endgame Plan. This document aims to: * Surface potential risks associated with the Endgame Plan that may have been overlooked * Suggest changes designed to avoid Maker getting locked into processes that don't work * Propose simplifications Specifically, LFW ties these concerns into discussions around MetaDAOs, organizational complexity, expenses, profitability, having a retreat plan, the importance of buy-in among the decentralized workforce, and others. The post concludes with a call to develop an atomic approach to Endgame implementation, suggesting that a vote to commit to an Endgame plan at this early stage may be premature. > [**Endgame Metanomics diagrams**](https://forum.makerdao.com/t/endgame-metanomics-diagrams/17870) @rune shared his work so far on a series of diagrams explaining Endgame "Metanomics" and the broader economic and governance equilibrium of the Endgame state. Aes from Strategic Finance met with Brianmcmichael from PE as well as the Velodrome Finance team to understand the best way for us to manage veNFT in a decentralized way; A multi-sig was determined to be the best solution for managing the airdrop.
