Collaboration and Community Development in SUTD

**Purpose** ： To create a more collaboration-friendly SUTD where students/ organisations can find collaborators more easily.

## Context
There has been a lot of talks going around on promoting collaboration but efforts to back up collaboration has been little by far. The platform and natural 'push' for collaboration is not there. Hence, there is a gap that ROOT can fill in terms of providing a platform for collaboration and starting the collaboration trend.
