### Section 1: Create a New Scenario
#### 1. Create a new scenario starting at the time of the Earthquake, and ending five hours later.
Name: “STK_Cert_FirstNameLastName_STKVersion” e.g. STK_Cert_JohnSmith_V12
Start: 28 Oct 2011 18:54:00 UTCG
Stop: 28 Oct 2011 23:54:00 UTCG

#### 2. Save your scenario(important)
If you are using STK Desktop: save your scenario to your computer’s File Directory (e.g. Documents > STK 12).
A folder with the same name as your scenario is created for you in the location specified in the Create a Scenario Window.

- 有事沒事記得存檔,避免藍屏。
#### 3. Disable the Terrain Server on the Scenario – Properties, Basic – Terrain page.


- Use terrain server for analysis不要打勾
#### 4. The coordinates of the nearest runway to the epicenter are provided in the table below.

- Insert->Area Target->Insert Default

- Properties->Basic->Boundary->Add

- Create an Area Target object called “Runway” 改名很簡單吧
#### 5. To account for the local surroundings, add a 2 deg elevation angle constraint to Runway.

- Properties->Constraints->Basic->Minimum Elevation
#### 6. The city hit hardest by the 2011 earthquake was Ica, Peru.

- Insert->Place->Insert Default
- 當然也可以用Search但是跟pdf裡的經緯不一樣

- 改名就那樣囉~
#### 7.Another hard-hit city was Paracas, Peru.
- 跟6.一模一樣
#### 8. Re-orient the 3D Graphics Window to view the Quake Region. Ensure you can see Ica, Paracas, and the Runway.

- 調整3D到可以看到三個區域

- Store Views(有看影片應該會吧)

- New
#### Task 1: Create a stored view of the Quake Region from the last scenario step performed called “Quake Region.”
- 就8.,多個改名而已
#### Task 2: Add the lighting intervals for Ica to the Timeline View.
- 這題影片沒有,真的狠(但是level 1的影片很好找)

- 點進去有下面這個東西

- 選擇Ica,LightingIntervals,click OK
- 不知道能不能用在衛星上,可以的話就很有料
#### Task 3: Create a custom report that shows the latitude and longitude of Ica and save it as a Quick Report called “Ica_LatLon”.
- 這題的方法接下來也會用到,記起來比較好

- Report and Graph Manager,選Ica

- Create new report style,改名

- All Position: Geodetic Lat Lon
- Apply,OK

- 點開建立的report,Save as quick report(有+的那個)

- quick report manager可以檢查有沒有存到
