## Strengths:
- Good with vision, strategy, ideas, goals of govrn
- Good at getting people interested in govrn.
- Social/personable
- Good with outreach & at events, can turn a casual meet/hangout into a sales pitch
- Good with explanations and pushing/aligning narratives
- Good with creating and leveraging connections
## Weaknesses/Areas to Improve:
- Too agreeable, can withdraw on things when I shouldn't
- Take too long to make decisions, can get stuck in head which causes stagnancy
- Can get distracted with other less relevant things
- Can get too comfortable at times instead of continually pushing
- Disorganized
- (area to improve) getting someone bought in
- Account Management (less good at)
- Not necesarilly good at proactively solving issues that are holding you back
## Highs
1) Dappcon talk (and reactions after, especially from Juliette)
2) Being able to expose people to Govrn at the various conferences (and noticing the increase in people who knew about Govrn at each interval)
3) No more waitlist!
4) Govrn offsite / having the crew together
5) The feeling after the interviews were done and hirings were made

1) Maker backtrack
