## Instructions

Provide:
* A climate/environmental risks summary of the city from 2020 to 2030
* A summary of the transition policies from 2020 to 2030 (energy consumption target, carbon reduction target, modes of transport, soil occupancy, etc.)
* An assessment of the direct and indirect effects of the digital technology for 2020 (use provided table)
* An analysis of the possible evolution of the digital technology for 2030 (adoption rate, energy (in)efficiency, material footprint, new usage, etc.)
* A risk map factoring transition policies, environmental risks, the digital technology effects towards 2030 (use provided map)
* Your final recommadation regarding the deployment of the digital technology in the city
