## Program

## :bangbang: Conference Code of Conduct (CoC)
>Ideas and information are exchanged most effectively at the **Pista ng Mapa** events in an atmosphere free of abuse or harassment, and characterized by courtesy and respect. To that end, the **Pista ng Mapa** organizers expects all individuals who attend to conduct themselves in a manner that establishes an atmosphere free from discriminatory practices.

## Duties
### Room Volunteers (CCS)
* Room volunteer are responsible for:
* manually check-in attendance for workshops
* Timer for Workshop Facilitator
* There must always be at least one volunteer in the room if they are left open. Or lock the room at the end of each session.
* Equipment security.
* Remind participants that they are responsible for their own belongings. Do not agree to mind anybody else's belongings.
* During plenary sessions, CCS volunteers may be assigned other tasks as necessary.

##### Process
* Guest approach table for attendance check-in
* Volunteer greets guest, and offer to help.
* Before checking them in, ask guest if they have questions or concerns about the CoC (hand them a copy to read)
* **None** - check-in and give kit
* **Yes** - refer to crew chief
* Un-registered guests who gets past security needs to be directed to C. The standing policy arrangement with FU is *no registration, no entry*.
* Give out kit:
* Badge (help them write their names)
* Stickers
* Schwags (while available)
* Wifi Credentials
* Direct guests to the poster board
