* To help with raising funds, Bunny suggested offering ex-deals with orgs for services to be rendered by PnM volunteers.
* David suggested reaching out to Thinking Machines for possible sposorship.
* Eugene asked whether we should translate "Piyesta ng Mapa" to the lingua franca. We're asking LoCo people from Cebu for their opinion.
* Final date is Aug 1-3, 2+1 day
* David and Mikko will consult the members of the GeoScience FB group for topics they would like to see in a local conference, if they were to attend one. Consultation will occur for 2 weeks, until mid May. [name=David G], [name=Mikko T]

* Ian elaborated on the reason why we didn't plan to collect fees from participants early on.
* All meeting participants re-iterated their commitment to pay for their own expenses (tickets, lodging, meals) in case we won't be able to raise funds for other expenses.
* Erwin requested for feedback about sponsorship tiers to offer prospective donors/sponsors. Contact prospects as soon as this complete.
* Eugene asked whether or not they should mention the event with Celina. Erwin responded by saying we're open to idea of getting them as a sponsor, but, as mentioned by Bunny (on the question of contacting GeoData for sponsorship), sponsors will have no special participation or influence on the conference program, outside of what we offer everyone else.)
* Plan for next meeting after the topic consultation with GeoScience fb group.
