## Walk through Podcast Mission
- Nail down the mission of the GM Radio Podcast- communicate the mission clearly. Know what we stand for so we can curate who we bring onto the show. Are the guests in alignment to our values? Talk about the core mission often and communicate it to our audience.
Advice about providing briefing documents
---
- Briefing documents for guests- Send to guest ahead of time… a set of questions plus some general info about the GM Radio show. Prep them by telling them you will ask them about 3 main things… example (Please talk about your story, the story of your project, and some general web3 talk)
Structure of Podcast
---
* Podcast Intro
* Show Intro
* Live Recording
* Show Outro
* Podcast Outro
Create intro and outro for the podcast itself as well as the guest being featured. The one for the podcast will be used over and over and will get added into every show. The one for the guest will be done after the interview with them and can tease the main highlights coming up in the show. The intros and outros are like a sandwich to the podcast…
Order for entire podcast is: Intro to Podcast, Intro to guest, Podcast, Outro to Guest, Outro to Podcast
Example of podcast intro: Hey everybody, this is _______ from _______ and you're listening to the GM radio podcast, the show that [explain the purpose of your show] for people who love _______.
Example of guest intro: Today we are talking with Yalor of Metacartel and we are going to be discussing 1. His journey into web3, 2. What he’s working on now, 3. He shares some of the hurdles he had to overcome, and 4. What he suggests you can do to get started in the web3 space. And without further ado, here’s Yalor!
Example of guest outro: End the show featuring the guest and something significant they would like to share… examples (What’s something that inspired you to learn more? What’s a book that helped you on your journey?)
Example of podcast outro: I hope you really enjoyed this podcast. Make sure to subscribe to this podcast and join us next week’s episode.
