¡Saludos, hivers! Les traemos nuestra primera edición de "Noti-Con" noticias para #hivecon. Estamos emocionados por compartir con ustedes las noticias más importantes de toda la semana. Muchas cosas han pasado en esta semana; noticias excitantes, trailers de lujo, estrenos asombrosos y un muy triste fin de semana que convirtio este año, mes y semana en una de las mas increibles para nuestra comunidad en muchisimo tiempo.</div>

Greetings, hivers! We gladly bring you the first edition "Noti-Con" the #hivecon news. We're excited to share with you the most important news of the week. A lot of things happened this week; thrilling news, delightful trailers, awesome premieres, and a very sad weekend transformed this year, month and week in one of the most unbelievable for our community in a lot of time.

THE BATMAN: NEW TEASER

El fin de semana pasado, el evento DC FanDome mostró la amplia gama de películas de DC Comics que están en proceso, entre ellas nos trajo una de las más esperadas: The Batman. Después de tantas expectativas creadas con respecto al nuevo Batman / Bruce Wayne, al fin vemos como se ve Robert Pattinson luciendo con el traje y sin él. Otra cosa que pudimos ver son varios de sus grandes villanos: EL pingüino, protagonizado por un irreconocible Colin Farrell, Un Acertijo encarnado por Paul Dano, Catwoman personificada por Zöe Kravitz, Andy Serkins es Alfred y el comisionado Gordon estará encarnado por Jeffrey Wright, a quien recordamos por la serie Westworld. El estreno de esta película está programada para octubre del 2021, esperemos que no cambie el ritmo. Les dejaremos el trailer por si aún no lo han visto.</p></div>

Last weekend, the DC FanDome event showed a wide range of DC Comics movies in working process, among them was one of the most expected ones: The Batman. After a lot of expectations were built up around the new Batman / Bruce Wayne, we finally see how Robert Pattinson looks with and without the suit. We could also see several of his great villains: The Penguin, portrayed by an unrecognizable Colin Farrel, a Riddler incarnated by Paul Dano, Catwoman impersonated by Zöe Kravitz, Andy Serkins as Alfred and the Commissioner Gordon who will be starred by Jeffrey Wright, remembered for his role in the series Westworld. The premiere of this movie is set to be in October of 2021, we hope this doesn't change. We'll leave you the trailer right there if you haven't checked it out.

## ZACK SNIDER'S JUSTICE LEAGUE

Todos conocemos La Liga de la Justicia de Warner Bros. que unio grandes súperheroes como Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Flash, Aquaman y Cyborg. Zack Snyder fue el principal director en esta entrega, pero por problemas personales tuvo que dejar el filme justo en la etapa de post-producción por lo que su visión no está completa en la película porque solo la rodó. Entonces, Warner y Snyder llegaron a un acuerdo, y se anunció en mayo de 2020 que "The Snyder Cut" de la Liga de la Justicia se estrenará en HBO Max en 2021. Una vez más, el Snyder Cut está incompleto, por lo que se presume que incluirá muchos efectos especiales para completar lo que falte ya que es improbable que se vuelva a rodar. Al parecer esta será una representación más precisa de la visión de Snyder para la Liga de la Justicia y lo estamos esperando con ansias.</p></div>

We all know Warner Bros.'s Justice League, which put together great superheroes like Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, The Flash, Aquaman, and Cyborg. Zack Snyder was the main director of the release, but because of personal problems he had to leave the film just beginning post-production, because of this his vision about the movie isn't complete. Then, Warner and Snyder got into an agreement, and it was announced in May of 2020 the Justice League's Snyder's Cut would be premiered on HBO Max in 2021. Again, the Snyder's Cut is incomplete, for which is presumed it will contain tons of special effects to complete whatever is missing because is highly improbable it will be filmed again. It seems this will be a more precise representation of Snyder's vision for Justice League and we're really looking forward to it.

## DISNEY'S NEW MUTANTS

Por fin está en los cines (los que han abierto) la nueva película de los mutantes más conocidos por todos y también la más esperada, recordemos que esta película se empezó a grabar en 2017 y luego de tantos dramas que trajo su accidentada producción por fin esta aqui. Hasta ahora, es la película de X-Men con peores críticas, superando a la franquicia asesina de X-Men: Dark Phoenix por ese dudoso honor. New Mutants ha recaudado desde el viernes 7 millones de dólares en la taquilla del fin de semana, según 20th Century Pictures. Siendo la mayor recaudación desde que los cines reabrieron luego del cierre por la pandemia. Debemos recordar que con esta nueva normalidad, las salas de cines han abierto con una muy reducida capacidad, por lo que en comparación con las cantidades gigantes de reacaudaciones en el primer fin de semana en otras películas de Marvel es bastante alentadora a pesar de las críticas. Por supuesto, esto viene con el inconveniente de que la inesperada afluencia de público a los cines puede causar una segunda ola de casos de coronavirus en todo Estados Unidos. Tendremos que esperar a ver cual es el impacto en las próximas semanas.</p></div>

It finally arrives at the cinemas (at least the ones that opened) the new movie about the most well know mutants and also the most expected, we should remember this movie began filming in 2017 and after so many dramas on its rough production it's finally here. Until now, is the X-Men movie with the worst criticism surpassing the franchise killing X-Men: Dark Phoenix on this doubtful honor. New Mutants has grossed $ 7 million at the weekend box office since Friday according to 20th Century Pictures. Being the highest grossing since the cinemas reopened after closing due to the pandemic. We must remember that with this new normality, theaters have opened with a very reduced capacity, and compared to the gigantic amounts of revenues in the first weekend in other Marvel films it is quite encouraging despite the criticism. Of course, this comes with the downside that the unexpected influx of audiences to theaters can cause a second wave of coronavirus cases across the United States. We will have to wait and see which is the impact in the coming weeks.

## SE ENLUTA EL UNIVERSO MARVEL
THE MARVEL UNIVERSE IN MOURNING

La última noticia y no por esto, la menos importante, es la más triste de todas, y es que este viernes 28 de agosto, falleció **Chadwick Boseman** a quien conocímos por encarnar al Rey T'Challa de Wakanda en *Black Panther*, una de las películas más taquilleras de Marvel además de ser nominada a los premios oscars como mejor película, incluyó un premio como mejor actor en los People's Choice y el mejor reparto en los SAG Awards. La película fue aclamada por la crítica, y el pasará a ser recordado como uno de los grandes del universo Marvel. Vimos su aparición en tres películas más: *Capitán América: Civil War, Avengers: Infinity War* y *Avengers: Endgame*, teníendo así 4 películas super taquilleras. Se esperaba una próxima aparición para realizar *Black Panther 2*. Extrañaremos su rostro y su presencia en el cine, pero sobretodo, la fuerza que traspasaba más allá de las cámaras. Que en paz descanse.

The last but not least news is the saddest of all, it is that this Friday, August 28, **Chadwick Boseman** passed away, whom we met for playing King T'Challa of Wakanda in *Black Panther*, one of Marvel's highest-grossing films as well as being nominated for the Oscars for Best Picture, included an award for best actor in the People's Choice and the best cast in the SAG Awards. The film was critically acclaimed, and he will go on to be remembered as one of the greats of the Marvel universe. We saw his appearance in three more movies: Captain America: Civil War, Avengers: Infinity War, and Avengers: Endgame, thus having 4 blockbuster movies. An upcoming appearance was expected to perform *Black Panther 2*. We will miss his face and presence in the theaters, but above all, the strength that pierced beyond the cameras. Rest in peace.
