---
---
**Negative feedback:**
- The reviews may help a lot but some of them seem to be either too nice or either too rude and loose credibility
---
**Learning & insights:**
From all these tests , we've learn that there is an actual demand for our service, that even if there are numerous platforms and other offline ways to find a restaurant, a barber, a gym and more.. a review based app is needed to help users to decide which service provider to choose, we understand that most of the people would trust majority of the reviews bt we need to make an algorithm to filter the clearly non acceptable reviews to keep the trust of our users.
The app is very easy and simple to use by everybody, even people who are not very app oriented, but the suscrbing process could be done by us for some freelancers from an old generation who don't know how to do it by their own.
---
**Decisions & actions:**
To iterate, we will make an easier suscrbing process, lighter one for both users and business owners.
We will include a cash payment choice for people who want to pay by cash and who can do so through our physical office.
The app itslef and UX was great for all testers.
The design was said to be attractive and simple which was our goal.
We will develop and include to the app a filter that will block some reviews which are suspicious till we validate them, for the rest of reviews that passes the filter, they will appear automatically.
