# Table Rules

## Safety

We'll be using the Safety Tool module. If you feel you need to make use of it, please do so without hesitation. No questions will be asked. You can find the buttons in the scene controls, under the bell icon

## Session 0

There will be a session 0 for character creation and introduction to the basic rules with a small sample combat. Please prepare a character _concept_ beforehand. If you're unsure please DM me or ask in the thread for suggestions or advice

- Your character has the rank of Novice
- 1000 Credits starting money
- Setting Rules
- Dynamic Backlash

## Rules

Any rules not covered in Session 0 will be explained as we go. In general Savage Worlds is a toolbox and you take the rules you need. It's also kinda hand-waivy at times. If there are questions that cannot be answered immediately during a combat we'll table them for after the session. **The GM has the final say on all rulings**

## Communication

In the interest of speed Discord voice chat is preferred for IC and OOC communication. Camera is not rquired but welcome. If anybody is not comfortable with VC then text is an acceptable alternative for that person.
