# [Win 10 移除 Pluse Secure 吧] 伴隨而來的無法連線!

Sometimes, you may just want to use the vpn to connect to school resources!

But, it's got too much problems~

> Can't connected, Auto stop...etc.

> You may following the steps below~

有時，您可能只想使用 vpn 連接到學校資源！ 但是，問題太多了~
> DHCP 不是應該會自動抓設定嗎?
> 無法連接，VPN 自動停止服務...等。
> 移除後有某些狀況下可能無法連線, 網路設定檔跑掉了?!
> 但你可以按照以下步驟操作~
> 來想辦法回到網路世界中~~~

## 1. If you install the Pluse Secure, but just want to remove!
如果您安裝了 Pulse Secure，只想移除它！

==**Right click, 右鍵**== → Device Manager, 裝置管理員


Update the Network adapters, especially the Realtek PCIe xxx
更新網絡介面卡，尤其是 Realtek PCIe xxx

If can't resolve, try step 2.
如果不行, 試試看第二步~

## 2. Rest the TCP/IP protocol
重設 TCP/IP 協議

Input, 按下: `Wins + R`


Key in, `CMD`, if you can, perform it with "Administor permission"
輸入 `CMD` 而且可以的話最好是有管理員權限的模式~

And Key in the Cli, by following~
接著輸入以下指令

netsh int ip reset
netsh int tcp set heuristics disabled
netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled
netsh int tcp set global rss=enabled

Then, reboot your PC!
重開機~

You may solve yet!
你可能解決它了!?

But, sometimes you can't, because "Pluse Secure" set too much in network configuration file
但有時候你並不能解決, 因為 "Pluse Secure" 這個軟體在網路設定檔案上設定的太多~

So, try step 3.
好吧, 試試看第三步~

# 3. Renew the IP adress from DHCP

By use the cli with ==**CMD**==:
一樣用 `CMD` 輸入指令

Same, push the `Wins + R` and also `Ctrl + Shift + Enter` to perform the administrator permission mode
但在你輸入指令的這個 ↓ 畫面時, 同時按下 `Ctrl + Shift + Enter` 來轉成系統管理員模式



And copy the cli ↓
接著複製以下指令 ↓

ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew

Reboot and reconnect, try it resolve or not
重開機和連線, 看看問題解決否~

# 4. Check the IPv6 protocol

如果你真不幸來到這一步, 好吧!

因為這是個大坑, 你可能需要去桌面的右下角找找看

This is the big trap, because you need go to bottom right from you desktop~

Network and Internet Settings 
對~ 就是那個看起來像螢幕的東西, 
也就是網路和網際網路設定


And

Change interface card options
點進去後, 接著更改 "變更介面卡選項"

You may saw the UI `Internet connection
`, and right click the content

看到你的網路連線嗎?
找到乙太網路, 右鍵 "內容"


==**Disable the IPv6**==

如下圖, 停用 IPv6 這個選項


Finally, Reboot, Reconnect, and congratulations!
終於, 請重開機, 重新連線, 並恭喜你~~~
