# Holidays (Sick Leave) Amendment Bill

### 1. Title
This Act is the Holidays (Sick Leave) Amendment Act 2020.
### 2. Commencement
This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.
### 3. Principal Act
This Act amends the Holidays Act 2003 (the principal Act).
### 4.Section 65 amended (Sick leave)
Section 65(2) is amended by omitting “8” and substituting “14”.
