CAUSE: Previously repaired to manufacturer specifications.

CORRECTION: Bottom of door is holder for bunk ladder only, not a step. Will need to complete a secondary repair warranty will not cover. Will need 1.0 to complete repair again

**Job #5 - External**
COMPLAINT: MICROWAVE NEEDS TO BE BETTER SECURED - WAN'T DONE UPON PU ABOUT TO
FALL OUT

CAUSE: Mounting bracket for microwave is broken allowing microwave to fall.

CORRECTION: Removed microwave and disassembled to find piece that had fallen in to re install. Upon disassembling microwave. Found mounting clip to hold to cabinet is broken not allowing mounting screws to screw in. Removal disassembly and reassembly of microwave 1.0 completed. Need additional 1.0 to disassemble microwave again to install new mounting clip or .6 to install new complete microwave if clip is not available by itself. Awaiting auth parts on order.

COMPLAINT: DRAWER UNDER FRIGE FALLING APART BEEN REPAIRED ONCE

CAUSE: Drawer previously repaired to manufacturer specifications.

CORRECTION: Drawer overloaded causing bottom of drawer to blow out and damaged drawer frame. Will need to repair and rebuild drawer completely as secondary repair. Will need 2.0 to completely repair and rebuild drawer

CAUSE: Could not verify concern

CORRECTION: All slide outs have all seals and seals are secure

**Job #8 - External**
COMPLAINT: hose hanging out of refrigarator vent AND SEAL BEHIND VENT LOOSE AND SEEL PANEL MISSING

CAUSE: Hose is a condensation drain tube and meant to be there. Silicone came off and needs resealed.

CORRECTION: Re sealed refer .2 completed
