This proposed Mobile App will allow an Agent to provide the following services:
* Mobile Top Up
* Bill Payments and
* Gift Cards & E-Vouchers purchaes

All these services must be quick, instant and on demand with a user-friendly Interface and practical User Experience.

# **Mobile Top Up:**

In this scenario an Agent is performing a Mobile Top Up service by entering a mobile number using phone's Keypad.

This video features:

* Agent Entering Phone Number using Keypad
* Agent can change Recipient's Network provider if required from the Dropdown menu. With the help of an API, the App will detect and preselect the Network Provider.
* Agent can enter any amount Customer wishes to Top Up using phone's Keypad.
* Agent can include Reference or Notes on behalf of the customer with Top Up
* Agent can share the successful message via WhatsApp or Email or SMS or Messenger or simply download the PDF.

# **Bill Payments:**

In this scenario, an Agent is offering a Bill Payment service by selecting a Biller and a specific Product/Item offered by the Biller. The Agent can use either the Email or SMS option to deliver the unique information relevant to this Bill Payment service.

In this scenario, an Agent is offering a Gift Cards & E-Vouchers service by selecting a Provider and a specific Product/Item offered by the Provider.

# **Agent Wallet/Account Top Up:**

An Agent can Top Up his Wallet/Account with any amount he wishes to. Agent can use Paypal, Debit/Credit Card or Bank Transfer in order to Top Up his Wallet/Account.

This Top Up service is instant and on-demand for an Agent to use. The agent can view these transactions in more detail from the "Payment History" page.

User/Agent needs to enter information including Selecting a Country. The App will use this Country to Set up User's/Agent's Default Currency.
